SIP 405mm / 16 Inch Heavy Duty Wood Band Saw

This SIP 405mm heavy-duty band saw is suitable for professional workshop environments. This band saw has a powerful 3hp motor and large diameter wheels - ideal for work in high output workshops. Dual speeds allow effective cutting of all types of wood, plastic and non-ferrous metal. This band saw has fully adjustable blade tensioning and tracking for precise and friction free cutting action.
More features include twin dust extraction ports. Rack and pinion rise and fall brass-bearing guides. Large precision ground, 0 - 45 degree cast iron tilting table. Heavy-duty cast iron mitre guide and 'quick-lock' micro adjustable rip fence, quick release blade tensioning and an auxiliary fence for cutting thinner materials.
Comes with 19mm Blade - 3345 x 12mm x 6TPI and stand. Optional wheel kit available separately.

Bandsaw was dlivered bolted to a pallet and well packaged. Takes 2 people to unpack and put on floor. About 45 minutes to get up and running.

This is really nicely built. The bearings and blade adjustable support are really good. I spent 4 hours cutting hurl blanks and it worked great
