Shipping Returns

ieDepot's Returns Policy

You may return most new unused products (special orders are not returnable) that are in resalable condition items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please make sure the products are packaged correctly. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You must inform us within 2 days of delivery if the item is damaged or defective. If you picked up the item from us then you will need to return it to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-8 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper , the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, either get the order number from your invoice/delivery docket or login to your account under the "My Account" button on our website and login. Click on the "My Orders" option and get the order number for the order that contains the item you want to return. Email us at support@iedepot.ie with the order number, which item you want to return and the reason for the return request. We will respond within one business day or less with shipping instruction and a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. If you do not receive an email within one business day please call us on 091 876595.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the European Union. Shipping to offshore islands is not possible and you will need to give us a shipping address on the mainland. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. This will usually be noted in the product description. If your address is a location normally considered inaccessible or remote by shippers please call us first for a quote as additional charges may apply or the product may be returned to us and you will be liable for shipping and restocking costs.

Ireland Rates Are as Follows:

For orders under €79.00 - €8.99

For orders €79.00 - Free

In Ireland if the order placed before 3pm on a business day you should receive you shipment the next business day as we stock what we sell. Pallet items may be one or two additional days. The UK is 2-3 business days and Europe can be up to 5 days. Pallets will not be shipped out of Ireland. Next day delivery is based on business days and on orders received before 3pm. Our shippers achieve next day delivery over 95% of the time in Ireland. We do not offer guaranteed next day delivery or timed delivery service.  Our couriers can deliver anytime between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm on a business day. If your order is of a time critical nature then please arrange to pick up your order after 4:30 pm from us in Galway. This is subject to a minimum order value of €79.00 including VAT.

The maximum weight to the UK and Europe is 50 kgs. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. The weights displayed are "Shipping Weight " which includes packaging so as the system can accurately calculate the shipping cost. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
