Same Day Dispatch Information

Parcel Dispatch

Orders placed before 3 pm on a business day will be dispatched the same day. We stock, in our own warehouse, 95% + of what we sell. There are a few exemptions to this where there is a different dispatch or delivery timeframe and they are noted on individual product pages. Most orders are delivered the next day. During busy periods like Christmas time or sales events, we do see a drop off in next day delivery performance. If your order is of a time-critical nature please choose order collection counter pickup and you can collect your item at our warehouse in Loughrea, Co Galway if that suits.

Pallet Dispatch

Pallet deliveries are usually 1 to 3 days for orders placed before 12 noon. Again you can pick up in Loughrea unless the item is listed on the product page as being a Special Order that will be dispatched directly from the manufacturer.
