Products that are safe to run on a generator with AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) or on a pure sine wave inverter generator. Typically the generator power will need to be twice the amperage requirement of the welder.
Duty rating is how long you can use a welder at either 20°C or 40°C and at a particular amperage. If no amperage is specified then it is full power. A machine that has 60% at 20°C would be similar to machine rated 30% at 40°C.

This welder needs a 32 amp blue plug to use it on full power. If you do not have a blue 32 amp socket then you'll need to get an electrician to install one. It can be used on a 16 amp blue plug (despite its name it supplies 20 amps) but this will not allow you to use the welder on maximum power.
