It says it will bend 100 x 10mm flat bar cold. I am sure the machine could withstand the physical stresses of performing this task but I doubt any man could actually do it. I am 6'3" and 100kg and I earned it to bend 100 x 6mm flat bar. My welding table weighs 500kg (its on locking castor) and I dragged it around the shed trying to bend the bar. I got it done eventually but I was sweating like a blind lesbian in a fish shop after it. Obviously heat will help and I definately think gas will be required to bend anything heavier than 100 x 6mm.
All in all I would highly recommend this machine.
