SIP Pickup & Return Warranty
 

SIP Warranty and After Sales Support. We want to make sure you really enjoy your SIP product and get the very best performance from it. All of their products are backed by a minimum of a 12 months warranty, with many of their Professional and Industrial machines enjoying an extended 2 year or longer warranty period. In the event that a SIP product that you bought from us should develop a fault through faulty materials or workmanship please email us at [email protected] describing the exact fault and we will arrange your product to be picked up from you and returned to SIP for repair. For minor items and accessories, we or Holzstar will dispatch the required item directly to the customer for replacing or fitting.

All tools bearing the name Teng Tools are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed ISO, DIN and other international standards. Teng Tools International is fully ISO certified and uses ISO 9001 assessed production facilities. Teng Tools products are designed to be used by professionals and are fully supported by the Teng Tools Everlasting Power Guarantee.

Everlasting Power Guarantee

The Teng Tools "Everlasting Power Guarantee" means that they undertake to exchange or repair any item should it ever fail or break under normal working conditions due to faulty workmanship or material. If the fault occurs during the first year of purchase from us we will arrange to have your item picked up or for a Teng representative to call to you. After the first year please arrange to return the item to us.

 
 

Silverline Lifetime Guarantee

Every Silverline product is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from date of purchase against a fault developing in either the materials or the workmanship during manufacture. You can extend your guarantee by registering your product online within 30 days of purchase. Any faulty goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Hand Tools Guarantee

Hand tools are guaranteed forever. This simply means all hand tools are guaranteed to be free of defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship from now until the end of time. Naturally, fair wear and tear is not covered.

Power Tools Guarantee

Providing the product is used correctly, Silverline guarantees the performance of electrical and petrol products against failure in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years. Remember to register your product to extend your 30 day guarantee.

Triton

Every Triton product is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from date of purchase against a fault developing in either the materials or the workmanship during manufacture. To avail of their extended 3 year warranty, you must register your product online at Triton Warrantty Registration Any faulty goods shall be repaired or replaced free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.

Kreg

1 Year warranty on all non-consumables.

GMC Power Tools

If your product has developed a fault within 30 days, please return it to us along with your proof of purchase (email address is usually enough) and we will resolve the problem with GMC’s support. This must be reported by email to [email protected] detailing the fault. Supporting pictures can clarify issues and speed things up.

To activate the extended 2-year guarantee, you must register the product at https://www.gmctools.com/en-GB/ProductRegister  within 30 days of purchase. Should you not wish to register, a standard 30-day guarantee period will apply.

This guarantee and the guarantee period begins on the date of retail purchase as detailed on your sales receipt.

If this product develops a fault after 30 days, a guarantee claim must be submitted. Your original receipt indicating the place and date of purchase and product designation, precise details of the fault requiring correction, your guarantee certificate, and your name and address must be submitted to validate the claim.

Holzkraft equipment & machines are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship or faulty material from the date of purchase. In the event of such an occurrence, the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. In the event that a SIP product that you bought from us should develop a fault through faulty materials or workmanship please email us at [email protected] describing the exact fault along with any images that may be helpful. For minor items and accessories, we or Holzkraft will dispatch the required item directly to the customer for replacing or fitting. Loncin equipment & machines are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship or faulty material from the date of purchase. (Please note: Oils, spark plugs, belts, batteries and other consumables are not covered under warranty.) In the event of such an occurrence, the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. In the event that your Loncin product that you bought from us should develop a fault through faulty materials or workmanship, please email us at [email protected] describing the exact fault along with any images that may be helpful. For minor items and accessories, we or Loncin will dispatch the required item directly to you for replacing or fitting. In the event where we determine that the item should be picked up, we will organise the pickup of the item after the customer has confirmed that it is ready for collection.

Holzstar

Holzstar general hand tools, equipment & machines are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship or faulty material from the date of purchase. In the event of such an occurrence, the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Comes with a SIP 1 year pickup and return warranty. The process is the same as for SIP above.
 
Unicraft

Unicraft equipment & machines are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship or faulty material from the date of purchase.
