Metallkraft MBS 125 Metal Cutting Bandsaw

This portable bandsaw from Metallkraft is ideal for small workshops and has mitre angle of up to 45° for dry and wet metal cuts. The machine is fitted with HSS bi-metal band saw blade which can be adjusted using two movable guides. The machine has two large tempered steel wheels for maximum service life and a quiet 230V DC drive step-less motor with speed ranging from 30-80 m/min. The speed is infinitely variable between these without loss of power due to the DC motor. The cutting angle can be adjusted with the help of the mitre scale and the saw bows cutting angles can be user recalibrated to ensure high cutting accuracy over the life of the machine. Electronic temperature and amperage monitoring system help in avoiding power overload situations. Each machine has been tested individually for its precision in Italy.
