We offer free same day dispatch for all parcel orders over €99 (incl. Vat) otherwise a delivery charge of €9.99 (incl. VAT) will be applied to your order. We use DPD & UPS couriers who have an impressive next business day delivery record of 98%.
The vast majority of parcel orders received on a business day before 3 pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
Pallets are shipped at a reduced cost, which is stated on the individual product pages where applicable. Pallet delivery times are typically 1-2 business days, but check individual product descriptions for better guidance.
Special Orders. Products listed as Special Orders will have an expected delivery time listed beside the Special Order status on the product page.
Returns
You may return most new unused products (special orders, dated items and consumables are non-returnable) that are in a resalable condition within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. Please make sure the products are in their undamaged original packaging and packaged correctly. Please see full return requirements at the bottom of the page. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You must inform us within 2 days of delivery if the item is incorrect, damaged or defective. Please note that means for gifts or items that you are not going to use for a while that you should open and inspect your purchases upon receipt.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
